Management plan Natur Park Pöllauer Tal

E.C.O. is developing a comprehensive management plan on behalf of the Pöllau Valley Nature Park. In a broad-based participatory process, E.C.O. analyzes the ecological, cultural and structural conditions of the region and develops goals and measures for the fields of nature conservation, education, tourism and regional development together with local stakeholders. The plan strengthens dynamic, integrative nature conservation according to the principle of “protection through use” and takes into account the special features of the cultural landscape, such as orchards and rough pastures. E.C.O. is contributing its specialist expertise, process support and clear target definitions in order to establish the nature park as a model region for sustainable development.
