The project aims to develop a regulation for management plans in nature conservation and create a toolbox for the effective management of protected areas. Eight guidelines will be revised and aligned with international best practices.

Key tasks include:

  • Supporting the update of the management plan for Durmitor National Park
  • Integrating the toolbox and finalizing the plan after stakeholder consultations
  • Developing a business plan for Ulcinj Nature Park
  • Training protected area managers using a "learning by doing" approach.

Existing data from policy documents, research, and conservation projects will be utilized. The project duration is 12 months.
