Focus on the team!
During our office retreat, we looked back together on 2025.
We reflected on our projects in nature conservation, celebrating successes while also discussing challenges and sharing our learnings.
Under the facilitation of Vittoria Bottaro and with a forward-looking perspective, we sharpened our focus for 2026. We clarified priorities, defined responsibilities, and outlined next steps to collaborate even more effectively as a team.
And to wrap up the day, we celebrated a birthday in the team — we had the pleasure of cheering for Klaus.
